My staff of 8 worked 27 days in a row with no break here in Costa Rica. Today, the fasters all break their fasts, and the work load? eases considerably.

Yesterday, Lennie and I made them dinner.
5 courses, 7 ingredients in total.

Presentation to the max. Flavor off the charts. Atmosphere, ambiance,? and decor to the limit: lighting, music, flowers, aromas, beautiful hanging room dividers for private seating,? deluxe dining with?
uniformed servers.

Service to the nth degree. No overtly fatty foods. Mango included in?
all five courses. Pictures to prove the beauty of each dish will be on
my website soon.

Everyone fully recovered and eating breakfast this morning. No?
indigestion from our food. :)

My "Simply Delicious" cuisine rocks the raw world and redefines raw?
gourmet.

I won't bore you with the details, but all 8 of them agreed it was the
best meal they had ever had ever, anywhere, and that it "blew away"?
anything they had ever had at any raw restaurant, including Juliano's,
Roxannes, and several other notables around the world.

The meal took a total of 80 hours work from inception to preparation?
to presentation to serving/consumption, and clean up.
I know, it was a ridiculous flight of fancy to work 10 hours per?
person to present one meal, but we wanted to say thank you, and wanted
them to know that it could be done.
