Abundant Grape-Orange Edible Centrepiece Recipe

An edible centrepiece with a mix of green Thomson, Red Flame, Black seedless and Jupiter grapes, accompanied by Valencia orange segments.
Ingredients (Adjust amounts and proportions to taste):
Served at the 2015 FoodnSport Washington Retreats.

bowls and platters for display (serving)
- Wash grapes and snip into clusters.
- Cut the oranges in segments (6 segments per orange).
- Arrange the fruit in bowls and platters on the table, so guests can serve themselves.
