1-2-3 Porridge

Ingredients (Adjust amounts and proportions to taste):

1 Apple – peel and remove core

2 Bananas – peel removed

3 Dates – dried*

Equipment:

knife

cutting board

food processor with S-blade

serving bowl(s)

Directions:

    1. Using the s-blade on your food processor blend the bananas until soupy.
    2. Then add your dates. Blend until mix in.

      This process will also slightly warm your porridge. Using room temperature ingredients will aid in creating this wholesome filling dish.
    3. Lastly add in your apple. Mix only until chopped.

Optionally, you can use 2 Dates and 3 Bananas. You may also add in a little cinnamon and/or nutmeg at any stage. Many people enjoy some raisins on top when served.
